In Obama's budget, the debt will accumulate at an even faster rate than it did under George Bush.
The deficits are so large that by 2017 the national debt is projected to be more than the entire economic output of the country. That hasn't happened since 1947.
In ten years, according to the Budget Plan, the debt will have more than doubled to over $23 trillion dollars.
